We Welcome You To Visit Our 10 New Care Suites!
The Care Suite provides a home-like atmosphere with tasteful décor for up to five residents. Services include the attention of our RNs, LPNs, social worker, recreation staff, and 24-hour Certified Home Health Aide care. Besides the personalized one-on-one attention provided, Care Suite residents are encouraged to use all areas of our beautiful building, including our main dining room, recreational facilities and common areas. Families and guests are always welcome.
A Care Suite stay can be short or long-term, based on the desire and needs of the resident.
Services Included in Your Daily Rate:
- Fully Furnished Private Suite
- Three Meals per day including snacks
- Nurse Call System
- 24-hour Personal Care Services
- Linens and Bedding
- Housekeeping and Laundry Services
- Social Activities
- Medication Assistance by a Certified Home Health Aide
- Medication Setup by a Nurse
- Registered Nurse Visit and Case Management
- Heat, Electric, Local Phone Service, and Cable TV
- Social Work Services
Additional Nursing Services Available:
- An individual who requires additional nurse visits that are not included in their plan of care agreement, will be charged at the 15 minute increment rate.
- Second person transfer fee: For individuals needing the assistance of two staff members to transfer: $300.00 per week
