Home Care Services
The Wellington’s Home Care Services are licensed as an Assisted Living Home Care Provider through the State of Minnesota. This licensure allows The Wellington to provide professional nursing and home health aide services to residents in the comfort and privacy of their own apartments. Health care staff is on-site 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A variety of assistance is available including (but not limited to) medication set-up and reminders, bathing and toileting assistance, and morning and bedtime cares. Services are charged based on a resident being assessed by an RN to determine level of care needs.
And individualized care plan tailored to your personal needs with an estimated charge will be prepared upon request.
